Illinois biodiesel manufacturer BN National Trail announced today that it has secured a purchase arrangement of all biodiesel procedure devices from Kreido Biofuels. The delivery of the devices is now underway from Houston, TX and is anticipated to show up in Newton, IL by October
According to the company, the job is a shovel-ready site. It lies in a business zone in Newton, IL near the 2nd biggest transport corridor in the U.S. It's created to make the most of the use of development in the biofuels industry along with a much better understanding of how to successfully handle a biodiesel production center.
The scalable 30 MGPY facility's crucial differentiator is the multi-feedstock ability of the technology, proven in massive production in Europe today. This enables BN National Trail to develop getting contracts with local feedstock service providers who will be able to supply unrefined soybean, corn oil, or other low-saturated oil at an opportunistically low cost throughout the lifecycle of the plant.
"Enhancements from the plant in Newton will come from the advanced feedstock technology program in Budapest where a pilot plant is being expanded to include algae as a feedstock. QSB, a BNE accredited technology will be integrated with the new process equipment," verified CTO Robert Brooks. No timeframe has actually been attended to when the plant would begin production.
"This purchase contract is a considerable advance for BN National Trail. Not only will it provide profits, however it will also speed up plans by roughly 2 years." said CEO Tony Quinones.
Blue Northern Energy, LLC (BNE) and the LLC entity it developed, BN National Trail Holdings began looking for a website to commercialize a more energy efficient and low C02 processing innovation for the biodiesel industry. A national search for a shovel ready project website to establish lead BNE Chicago's entrepreneurship center and to National Trail Biodiesel Group (NTBG).
The National Trail Biodiesel Group, an undertaking by local neighborhood members in Newton Illinois and Blue Northern Energy together to form BN National Trail. The five years of foundation task development by National Trail integrated with Blue Northern's knowledgeable staff of biodiesel production, project management, and cash management knowledge ensures experienced and element management that will allow BN National Trail to be an ingenious and world class biodiesel center.
BN National Trail will have direct access to the ABQ Innovation Center, the research and development center for Blue Northern Energy. The center's mission will be to fine-tune latest innovation advances in biodiesel production and usages of renewable energy. This will include assessing multiple fuel sources, soy, corn, algae, white grease, biomass and jatropha curcas; knowledge that will enable various areas to monetize their specific edible and non-edible crop sources.
